To officially start the SOPP, a soul-nourishing peaceful silence was facilitated by Marites Guingona Africa. Afterwards, a very warm welcoming remarks was given by Shakuntala Vaswani and we were also asked to introduce ourselves. Gabby then performed the Divinity In "Jinrui Soku Kami Nari". This was immediately followed by a prayer by Madelyn, Edmart, Bem and Sharon addressing the four directions of the Earth. Friends from different religions prayed their prayers for Peace starting with Shakuntala Vaswani for the Hindus, then Baba Surinder Singh Ragi (Sikh), Noemi Alindogan Medina (Baha'i), Reimon Sonam (Buddhist), Rocky Saripada (Muslim) and the last one was Bro. Eli Andrade who prayed in behalf of the Catholic/Christians.
Before praying may Peace prevail for each and every country in the world, Reimon read Byakko Shinko Kai's Chairperson Masami Saionji's message for us and Bro. Eli read the prayer for a world free from conflict. Later on after praying for all the countries in the world, Oscar Ejercito, another MPAI core group member, facilitated the Taichi meditation. The last prayer was read by Gabby for Harmony between humanity and nature. He also read the Fuji Declaration.
