SOPP 2014 at St.Paul, Pasig City

The Symphony of Peace Prayers (SOPP) held at St. Paul, Pasig last May 18, 2014 was made possible by Mandala Peace Arts Initiative (MPAI) & Peacemakers Circle Foundation, in cooperation with Byakko Shinko Kai (BSK). Ang Komunidad para sa ika-uunlad ng tao and St. Paul College, Pasig also supported this Annual Global Peace Meditation and Prayer Day/World Shift Day Event. Once again, the entire world was enveloped by a wave of loving vibrations as we join people from different countries in an Interfaith Prayer for World Peace.

Before the SOPP, we were able to conduct a Mandala Writing Workshop and also exhibited some big Mandalas around the area.

Two of MPAI's core group members Genevieve Balance Kupang and OrlandoJr Tiu de Guzman took the lead in the SOPP held at St. Paul Pasig. The rest of the MPAI core members helped out.

Gabriel David A. Medina, one of the core group members, even designed and printed black mandala shirts. The shirts were used by the MPAI core group members during  this event.

We prayed may peace prevail on each and every country here on Earth and in behalf of Humanity, we are sorry, we thank you and we love you. May all these nations' missions be accomplished.A group of talented musicians also joined us and performed while we were praying for different countries.

After praying for the world and for different countries, we all went around and greeted one another with hand gestures saying we are one in mind and spirit

We even participated in a surprise dance around the peace pole led by the husband of Genie.

Aside from St. Paul in Pasig, the SOPP was also done in Baguio, Bohol, Cebu and Kidapawan.

Infinite gratitude to those who attended the SOPP in the five places here in the Philippines. We hope that many will join us in our prayers and meditations for World Peace next year.

May Peace Prevail On Earth.
